After the success of Drupal Camp in Lethbridge the last two years, we’re looking to make it bigger and better in 2010. That’s why we’ve decided to move the event to Calgary. We hope to attract more attendees and more speakers; hopefully enough of both that we can run advanced and beginner tracks (or coding and design, or technical and business … point is that we want to run two tracks). We hope this will be an even more valuable event for learning, sharing, and networking in the local Drupal community.
This year’s event will take place on the University of Calgary campus on September 11th and 12th, 2010. We are currently looking for speakers, sponsors, and attendees. If you’d like to take part in any or all of these ways, check out the web site at drupalcampalberta.org. We hope to see you there.
Redwall is pleased to announce the launch of YPAL.ca, the new web site of the Young Professionals Association of Lethbridge.
YPAL came to us with the goal of presenting a new, more engaging online presence to their existing and potential membership. We worked with them to implement a clean design on an easy to update, content managed web site. In particular, we totally overhauled the member directory, allowing every member to manage their own profiles. Some of the other features we built-in for YPAL include an events calendar and Google Map integration.
Take a look at the new web site, and if you are a young professional in the city of Lethbridge, consider attending an event to meet other members of the local business community. Their next mix and mingle event takes place this Thursday.
